Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques for managing projects of small to medium complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to track progress against milestones.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and take corrective actions to maintain program health.
  • Excellent business communication skills to influence stakeholders and build consensus in complex environments.
  • Experience with financial management, budgeting, and cost monitoring for multiple projects.
  • Understanding of technology strategies and their alignment with business objectives.
  • Capability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program estimation and resource planning for projects of small to medium complexity, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and control program progress, addressing risks and issues to maintain schedule and budget adherence.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings to review project health, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build consensus and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and implement financial management plans, tracking expenditures and forecasting costs.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
