Director, Physician Partnership Sales

Grow Therapy•New York, NY

About The Position

Grow Therapy is seeking a Director, Physician Partnership Sales to lead and scale its Physician Partnerships team. The role focuses on making Grow a trusted, easy-to-use referral destination for primary care providers, care coordinators, and practice leaders. The director will inherit a small team and high-potential physician-group and health-system relationships, with an initial focus on activating more offices and clinicians, increasing repeat referrals, and building durable referral workflows. The role will also develop the team and operating model needed to expand into new accounts. Success is measured by sustained patient referrals and intakes rather than one-time contract value. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for setting strategy, coaching the team, reviewing account plans, and partnering across functions to build a repeatable growth engine. The director will define the sales motion and coverage model, use provider, claims, referral, and performance data to guide targeting and execution, strengthen partner relationships, and collaborate with teams including RevOps, Data, Marketing, Enablement, Product, Clinical, Client Success, and Operations. Grow Therapy is a mental health care company founded in 2020. Its three-sided marketplace supports providers, insurance payors, and patients. The company describes its mission as making mental health care more effective and accessible. This is a full-time employee position. The company uses AI and automated tools to support parts of recruitment, but states that hiring decisions are made by human recruiting staff.
