Director Patient Marketing

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics US, Inc.•Miami, FL

About The Position

The Director Patient Marketing will develop and execute the patient marketing strategy for a potential launch in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), translating patient insights into integrated education, engagement, and brand experiences. The role manages patient campaign development, pull-through, and messaging, working closely with HCP Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access, Medical, and other cross-functional teams to address barriers across the patient journey. The Director contributes to agency briefing, concept development, research-based testing, and execution of branded patient campaigns, and develops accessible educational content and resources to help patients understand HS, prepare for treatment discussions, and navigate treatment. The role leads the pull-through of patient campaigns through resources such as direct-to-consumer and HCP office materials. The position aligns patient plans with cross-functional partners to create a connected launch experience, supports patient education related to access and treatment engagement, and collaborates with Patient Advocacy on appropriate community initiatives. It also leads materials through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review, maintaining boundaries between pre-approval disease education and post-approval promotion. The Director leads creative, media, and research partners; manages the patient marketing budget; and ensures delivery against agreed timelines and budget. In partnership with Insights & Analytics, the role establishes launch baselines, KPIs, and dashboards, then uses research and channel performance to refine messaging, optimize investment, and recommend adjustments to the patient marketing plan.
