About The Position

The Director of Wellness supervises nursing staff and supports the delivery of high-quality care to senior residents. The role is part of a senior living community focused on enhancing residents’ daily lives and providing warm, caring, home-like environments that foster independence, happiness, privacy, and dignity. The Director of Wellness works with a team committed to meeting and exceeding residents’ and families’ needs, while contributing to a culture grounded in integrity, compassion, quality, diversity, teamwork, and professional development.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the states of oversight.
