About The Position

Teachers at Auburn Hills KinderCare implement KinderCare’s curriculum in ways that meet each child’s unique needs and create safe, nurturing environments for children to play and learn. They partner with parents to provide children with quality care and education, support center goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, and cultivate positive relationships with families, colleagues, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Requirements

Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
Meet state-specific qualifications for the role, or be willing to obtain them.
Have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Ability to assume low-level postures to maintain physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
