About The Position

The Director of Wellness supervises the nursing staff and helps ensure residents receive excellent care in a warm, caring, home-like community. The role contributes to residents’ daily well-being and works with a team focused on supporting independence, happiness, privacy, and dignity. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in states of oversight.
• A love for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, energetic people person capable of projecting calm, care, and professionalism in work-related situations.
