About The Position
The Life Enrichment Director at The Courtyard at Bellevue plans and oversees the life enrichment program, using creativity and an upbeat personality to enrich residents’ lives, improve their quality of life, and create joyful, purposeful experiences and memories. The role calls for someone who enjoys working with seniors and can project calm, care, and professionalism in work-related situations. Full training is offered to the right candidate.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A love for working with seniors.
- Flexible, fun, energetic people person who can project calm, care, and professionalism in work-related situations.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Activity Aide experience preferred.
