About The Position
The Life Enrichment Director plans and oversees the community’s life enrichment program, using creativity and an upbeat personality to enhance residents’ quality of life, bring joy, and create purposeful memories. The role is part of a team focused on providing excellent service and care in a warm, caring, home-like community that fosters residents’ independence, happiness, privacy, and dignity. Encore Senior Living offers a full training program and is willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A flexible, fun, energetic people person who can project calm, care, and professionalism in work-related situations.
- Love for working with seniors.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Activity Aide experience preferred.
