About The Position

The Caregiver provides personal assistance and routine daily care and services to residents to support their independence and quality of life. The role also assists residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimum level of functioning. Caregivers work in a senior living community focused on providing warm, caring, home-like service that promotes residents’ independence, happiness, privacy, and dignity. Encore Senior Living offers training to the right candidate.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A love for working with seniors.
• Be a flexible, fun, energetic people person who can project calm, care, and professionalism in work-related situations.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a health care environment or equivalent is preferred.
