Director of Technology & Enablement

RADaRKansas City, MO

About The Position

This role exists to make ten agencies feel like one connected network instead of ten separate ones. The Director of Technology & Enablement will partner directly with Candice to identify where technology can make individual agencies more efficient, and where it can help agencies work together more seamlessly. This includes evaluating and rolling out AI-driven tools where they genuinely help, but the mandate is broader than AI specifically: it's about removing duplication, connecting data and systems across the network, and making sure new tools actually get adopted rather than just deployed.

Requirements

  • Experience leading technology or process change inside a multi-location or multi-business-unit organization — agency, professional services, or similar environments preferred.
  • A track record of driving adoption, not just selecting tools — comfortable with the change-management side of the job, not only the technical evaluation side.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to work credibly across ten distinct agency cultures without imposing a one-size-fits-all mandate.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms and how they apply to marketing, data, and operations work.
  • Comfortable managing a small team and being a hands-on builder at the same time.

Nice To Haves

  • Product or platform management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with President to define and execute a technology roadmap that spans all ten agencies, prioritizing where a shared tool or system can replace ten separate ones.
  • Evaluate emerging technology and AI tools for genuine fit — recommending adoption where it augments how teams already work, and saying no where it doesn't.
  • Build and lead a small team of Technology Solutions Consultants who work directly with agencies on adoption, training, and support.
  • Serve as a resource to the AI Council, helping formalize how good ideas from one agency get shared across the rest of the network.
  • Represent the technology point of view in cross-agency planning conversations, balancing network-wide consistency against individual agency needs.
  • Track and report on adoption and efficiency gains — what's working, what isn't, and where to invest next.
