At How To Manage A Small Law Firm (HTM), we help solo and small law firm owners transform their firms from stressful practices into scalable, profitable businesses. We believe meaningful growth happens through trust, relationships, and strategic partnerships — not cold calls or transactional sales tactics. We are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to help expand our national presence within the legal industry. This is not a traditional sales position. As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will build long-term, high-trust relationships with legal organizations, referral partners, consultants, and law firm leaders across the country. You will represent HTM at conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings while developing partnerships that create lasting value for both our organization and the attorneys we serve. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-driven environments and enjoys building meaningful professional connections.
