About The Position

arrivia is seeking a seasoned Director of Strategic Partnerships to drive the expansion of our travel loyalty ecosystem. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a professionally mature executive who thrives in independent environments. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing high-value brand partnerships while maintaining the operational rigor required to track a global pipeline. This role requires a blend of hunter mentality and strategic discipline. You aren't just finding leads; you are representing the arrivia brand at major industry conferences and building the data-driven infrastructure via HubSpot that allows our business development engine to scale.

Requirements

6+ years of proven success in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales operations.
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot is essential; you must be comfortable building and managing your own reporting and pipeline data.
Ability to operate independently without the need for daily coaching; comfortable in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional executive presence and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive narratives.
Travel is required for this position to support conferences, client meetings, and business needs as they arise.
You are based in (or willing to relocate to) the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for local collaboration and event management.

Responsibilities

Independently manage the full lifecycle of new business development, from initial prospecting and high-level networking to pitch and closing.
Act as the face of arrivia at industry events and conferences a few times per month, requiring the maturity to navigate C-suite conversations and build a robust professional network.
Own the HubSpot CRM environment for your portfolio, ensuring precise pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
Conduct deep-dive research on prospective partners to create tailored, value-driven proposals and presentations.
