About The Position

We are a growing franchise led by an entrepreneurial leadership team, focused on delivering best-in-class parcel and freight solutions to businesses across the U.S. Through strong carrier partnerships - including a primary focus on UPS - and a network of 70+ freight providers, we help customers optimize their shipping strategies and reduce costs. We are seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to join our team in a high-impact, growth-oriented role. This is an opportunity for an experienced logistics sales professional, ideally with a background at FedEx, to leverage existing relationships, build a book of business, and participate in a long-term equity-driven growth model. The Director of Strategic Accounts will be responsible for driving new business development, with a primary focus on converting parcel customers into a UPS-based solution while expanding into broader transportation offerings. This role is highly entrepreneurial in nature. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry relationships, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build and grow a personal portfolio of accounts. Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience within logistics, transportation, or parcel shipping
  • Strong preference for candidates with current or recent experience at FedEx
  • Proven track record of new business development and revenue generation
  • Established relationships within the shipping/logistics space is a strong plus
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, self-directed environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the parcel and logistics space
  • Transition customers from FedEx to UPS shipping solutions where applicable
  • Leverage existing relationships to accelerate customer acquisition
  • Build, manage, and grow a personal book of business
  • Sell full-service transportation solutions, including parcel and freight offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service execution
  • Maintain an active pipeline and drive consistent revenue growth
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and expand account value over time
