About The Position

BestLogic Staffing is seeking a hands-on Director of Sales to expand its client base, drive profitable revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales operation. The role combines personal new-business development with responsibility for sales strategy, processes, and team development. The Director will work directly with company leadership and recruiting teams to build lasting client relationships and turn hiring needs into successful staffing, direct-hire recruiting, and retained-search engagements. Prior sales and business development experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is mandatory. The role leads business development, client relationships and account growth, sales operations and team leadership, and collaboration with recruiting teams. Success is measured by new client accounts and signed agreements, collected revenue and gross profit, qualified job orders, pipeline development and conversion, forecast accuracy, client retention and expansion, and sales-team productivity and development. In the first 90 days, the Director will learn the company's delivery capabilities, establish a target-account strategy, build a qualified pipeline, set a consistent sales cadence, and begin converting opportunities into client engagements. The position is based in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, with a hybrid work arrangement. Compensation includes a base salary of $100,000–$125,000, uncapped commission tied to collected placement fees or staffing gross profit, leadership bonuses, and an equity ownership opportunity subject to a separate written agreement. Target annual cash compensation is $200,000–$250,000 at established performance goals, with actual earnings dependent on results. BestLogic Staffing also describes a full benefits package including health, dental, and PTO, as well as ongoing training and leadership development.
