Innotec is looking for a Director of Sales to accelerate growth within our Board-Free business unit, with a strong focus on new business development and expanding strategic accounts. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on building pipeline, winning complex deals, and driving measurable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of new business wins
  • Experience in technical or engineered product sales
  • Strong deal leadership and closing ability
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and urgency
  • Proven success in leading sales teams in distribution or related industries.
  • Experience managing P&L and contributing to strategic business decisions.
  • Strong background in sales forecasting, data analysis, and relationship building.
  • Experience growing a distribution network and managing complex client relationships.
  • Ability to lead product training initiatives and drive team development.
  • Expertise in sales process optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
