Role Overview The Director of Business Growth is a hands-on, client-facing business development professional responsible for personally building and managing a strong pipeline of consulting opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to clients and referral partners. This is an individual contributor role focused on hunting, winning, and growing new business—not managing a sales team. This role requires a consultative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable data and technology solutions. You will carry and exceed a personal sales quota by owning every stage of the sales cycle from prospecting through close. You will focus on prospecting, discovery, qualification, solution selling, and long-term relationship building, while working closely with Scalesology’s Sales Engineering and Operations teams to deliver value-driven proposals and engagements.
