As the Director of Growth for JD Sports North America, you will own the strategy, allocation, and optimization of our digital customer acquisition engine. JD Sports sits at the epicenter of sneaker culture, streetwear, and global sports retail. In this role, you will lead an ambitious team of growth marketers and channel specialists tasked with scaling our performance marketing efforts, accelerating e-commerce revenue, and driving high-value traffic across our digital storefronts (JDsports.com and Finishline.com). This role requires a combination of retail business acumen, high-impact team leadership, and deep technical proficiency across automated search and full-funnel paid media. You will turn data into cultural momentum, ensuring that JD Sports remains the premier destination for the latest drops and sportswear trends.
