  • Born and raised in paid media, with understanding of analytical rigor, hypothesis-driven testing, and velocity.
  • Hungry to apply paid media expertise beyond paid channels.
  • Sees lifecycle, affiliate, and emerging channels as growth problems that are testable, measurable, and worth obsessing over.
  • Thinks in cohorts and LTV, not just last-click conversions.
  • Understands how customer acquisition impacts the P&L over time.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full growth operation, including acquisition, retention, paid channels, and organic channels.
  • Set strategy, run the team, and own key business metrics such as CAC, New Customers, and LTV.
  • Lead the paid media program across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and emerging platforms.
  • Own creative-performance feedback loops, integrating media buyers, creative, UGC, and influencers for rapid iteration and scaling.
  • Leverage analytics to maximize incrementality and cross-channel media impact.
  • Test new tools, channels, or innovations to improve the acquisition engine.
  • Own retention performance across email, SMS, and site, moving from broadcast to segmented, behaviorally-triggered lifecycle journeys.
  • Sharpen the subscription experience, including pricing, cadence, swap logic, save flows, and upgrade paths.
  • Build a structured retention testing roadmap with hypotheses, holdouts, and readouts.
  • Improve cohort metrics, reduce churn, and expand LTV through data-driven interventions.
  • Identify and execute on organic channels that can drive performance, including influencer, affiliate, SEO/GEO, and referral.
  • Continuously test across pricing, landing pages, bundles, offers, and funnels in collaboration with the Head of Ecommerce.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth organization across paid, lifecycle, creative, influencer, affiliate, and analytics.
  • Recruit top talent, develop internal team members, and foster an environment for high performance.
