About The Position

AltoVita is hiring a Director of Sales, US, to support its regional Sales and Business Development efforts. This external-facing role focuses on building credible relationships, opening doors with new prospects, and creating qualified opportunities. The role reports to the SVP Sales, US, is measured on revenue-related KPIs, and shares responsibility and accountability for the success of AltoVita’s regional sales efforts. It is described as a mid-level opportunity with potential to grow into a more senior sales role. The role involves identifying US business opportunities, prospecting and developing a diversified qualified pipeline, demonstrating AltoVita’s technology, and building the company’s presence through thought leadership and industry engagement. The Director of Sales will meet prospects in person or virtually, attend relevant conferences and events, manage and report on the sales funnel, maintain accurate CRM records, share market feedback internally, and hand qualified opportunities to the enablement/closing team. Travel within the region is required as appropriate, with an emphasis on maximizing sales impact and minimizing expenses.
