About The Position
Tabor Hills in Naperville, Illinois, is seeking a Director of Rehab (Program Manager) to lead and manage its rehabilitation department and ensure a high standard of patient care. The role supervises rehabilitation staff and therapy activities in the community, leads an interdisciplinary team, partners with clients and the community, and maintains expected productivity standards while helping patients achieve important outcomes. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for therapists in PT, PTA, COTA, OT, or SLP.
- Hold a valid state license or have a pending license if a newer graduate.
