About The Position

The Director of Rehab oversees the facility's rehabilitation programs, services, and personnel while supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. The role balances clinical and operational needs, promotes teamwork, and may include direct patient care within the director's discipline. The director ensures rehabilitation services comply with federal and state regulations, applicable practice acts, established medical practices, and company policies. Duties may be assigned or reassigned as needed.

Requirements

Graduate degree or credential from an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology program.
State licensure as required for the relevant discipline and practice.
Three years of clinical experience.
Commitment to high-quality, person-centered care.
Leadership approach rooted in compassion, community, honesty, teamwork, innovation, and safety.
