About The Position

The Director of Rehab (Program Manager) supervises rehabilitation staff and therapy activities at The Chapel Hill Community in Canal Fulton, Ohio. As the leader of an interdisciplinary team, the role serves as a trusted partner to clients and the community while maintaining expected productivity standards and helping patients achieve critical outcomes. The position is full-time. At the time of the posting, only COTAs are being considered.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP).
• Hold a valid state license.
• Only COTAs are being considered for the role at the time of the posting.

Nice To Haves

• Previous managerial experience is preferred but not required.
• Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience is beneficial but not required.
