Director of Product Marketing

The job overview for the Director of Product Marketing role at Qualia is to lead a team of high-performing B2B product marketers and oversee the go-to-market, positioning, and sales enablement programs. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Qualia's products, customers, and competitors, and be able to develop product positioning and messaging based on market insights. They will also be responsible for creating industry narratives, playbooks, collateral, and full funnel GTM programs to support the sales team in closing deals. Additionally, the Director of Product Marketing will be expected to hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team while championing Qualia's cultural principles.

• Master Qualia's story and develop product positioning and competitively differentiated messaging for a portfolio of products
• Garner and possess in-depth knowledge of customers and how Qualia can transform their day-to-day beyond that of competitors through customer and competitor analysis
• Create industry narratives, playbooks, collateral, asset-creation, and full funnel GTM programs to empower sales teams and close deals at faster and higher-volume capacities
• Flourish in a fast-paced environment and build a high-impact marketing team with scalable processes that drive growth and profitability
• Establish a cohesive narrative around all solutions and how they complement each other to enable business transformation
• Hire and develop strong talent, lead from the front, and have deep knowledge of operational details and project management process
• Partner with growth and demand generation teams to drive sales growth through marketing
• Develop compelling insights on users and accounts, voice of the customer, and campaign effectiveness
• Own collaboration and project management between Product and the entire GTM team for non-support related product updates
• Champion and embed Qualia's cultural principles as the company grows
• Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology, preferably in SaaS
• 3+ years experience building and leading a team of individual contributors and/or managers
• Track record of partnering with product to contribute to product strategy
• History of developing positioning and messaging for products that serve multiple use cases and personas
• Experience marketing in an enterprise technology sales cycle; familiar with inside and field sales
• Highly analytical and creative
• Strong coaching and leadership skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, product, and executives
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with market insights and customer/user research
• Ability to develop industry narratives, playbooks, collateral, and full funnel GTM programs
• Strong hiring and talent development skills
• Experience with integrated marketing and partnership with growth and demand generation teams
• Ability to develop compelling insights on users and accounts, voice of the customer, and campaign effectiveness

• Base annual salary of $200,000-$220,000
