About the position
This job is for entrepreneurial engineers who want to be part of a product-focused engineering team at Qualia, a leading B2B real estate technology company. The engineers will work on building web technologies, both frontend and backend, to develop new products and add features to the core web applications. The team releases new software every week and collaborates with design and customer-facing teams to create new customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer with a good product sense, attention to detail, and a passion for the impact of the software they build.
Responsibilities
- Building web technologies, both frontend and backend
- Developing new products and adding features to core web applications
- Being a generalist engineer and adapting responsibilities based on company needs and individual skills and interests
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering skills
- Good product sense and attention to detail
- Passion for the impact of the software being built
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of study
- Proficiency in Javascript / NodeJS
- Experience with Semantic UI
- Familiarity with MongoDB
- Knowledge of microservice architecture and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS
