About The Position

Ibotta is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead the IPN Campaign Platform, including the APIs, MCPs, audiences, product data, and integrations that power campaigns on the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). The role translates high-level business goals into unified, performant, low-latency campaigns and owns the strategy for enabling advertisers to buy and manage IPN campaigns through the platforms and partners they already use. This work supports Ibotta’s shift from a promotions marketplace to a performance marketing engine built for an agentic future. The Director will lead and grow Product Managers across Campaign APIs, Audience Platform, Product Data, and External Integrations. The role partners closely with Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations, and sets a high bar for an AI-native product practice, applying AI both in the platform and in the team’s product development process. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado, with three required office days each week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States. A relocation bonus is available to candidates moving to Denver. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time.
