•$173,000 - $198,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Ibotta is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead the IPN Campaign Platform, including the APIs, MCPs, audiences, product data, and integrations that power campaigns on the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). The role is responsible for building a team that translates business goals into unified, performant, low-latency campaigns, and for defining how advertisers can buy and manage IPN campaigns beyond Ibotta through APIs and external partners. This work supports Ibotta’s evolution from a promotions marketplace into a performance marketing engine. The Director will lead a growing team of Product Managers across Campaign APIs, Audience Platform, Product Data, and External Integrations. They will partner with Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations, and establish an AI-native product practice that applies AI to both the platform and the team’s product development process. The position is hybrid and based in Denver, Colorado, with three in-office days each week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Denver.

  • BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with advertising or performance marketing platforms, such as campaign APIs, audiences, product data, or asset management.
  • Experience leading API-first or multi-persona platforms, such as ad tech, marketing platforms, enterprise SaaS, or complex data products.
  • Ability to translate company vision and customer needs into a coherent platform roadmap.
  • Strong product judgment and data-informed decision-making, with the ability to hold a Product Manager team to those standards.
  • Ability to lead through others by setting goals, removing blockers, and holding teams accountable without acting as a hands-on individual contributor.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, including daily use of tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and experience evolving a product process or team operating model with AI.
  • Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining strong Product Manager talent.
  • Must live in the United States and be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

  • Build a customer-obsessed culture grounded in clarity, ownership, and high-velocity execution.
  • Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, and the belief that a good idea can come from anywhere.
