Director of Product (f/m/d)

• Collaborate with the executive team and stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Lead and manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting customer needs.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers and cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.
• Develop and maintain a clear and actionable product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, customer feedback, and market demands.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and successful product launches.
• Oversee the successful launch of new products, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Define and track key product performance metrics, analyzing data to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve product performance.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and integrate customer feedback into product development and enhancements.
• Responsible for managing the product development budget and ensuring effective resource utilization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as Head of Product or a related role, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing products
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• A passion for technology and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
