About The Position

The Director of Outpatient Services leads Thrive's outpatient services across the Cherry Hill, Clementon, and Egg Harbor Township locations. The Director also leads organization-wide quality improvement, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and performance improvement activities. The position combines direct client care and clinical supervision with responsibility for monitoring quality and improving clinical and operational performance. The Director identifies performance gaps, develops corrective strategies, monitors their implementation, and reports quality trends to the Executive Director. The role requires at least 18 direct client-facing hours per week, in addition to director responsibilities. The Director maintains an on-site schedule of two days per week in Cherry Hill, two days per week in Clementon, and one day per month in Egg Harbor Township. Required work travel within New Jersey and Pennsylvania is covered by salary; travel outside those states is reimbursed under Thrive's travel policy. The Director provides outpatient site leadership, supervises clinical and office staff, monitors service delivery and operations, and supports outpatient growth. The role also develops and maintains the organization's Quality Improvement Plan, oversees audits and compliance activities, tracks organizational KPIs, delivers training, and collaborates with other directors on performance concerns.
