About The Position
Village Caregiving is hiring a Registered Nurse/Director of Operations in Duluth, Minnesota. The role supports clinical operations, compliance, and growth for the company’s non-skilled home health agency. It centers on evaluation and coordination rather than traditional bedside nursing, emphasizing observation, documentation, and guiding care rather than performing direct clinical procedures. The Director of Operations provides medical support to clients in their homes and collaborates with families, case managers, caregivers, office staff, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
- Current RN license in good standing.
- CPR certification.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial and ongoing client assessments.
- Evaluate client conditions and home environments to develop Plans of Care.
- Review documentation and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance.
- Educate and support caregivers and office staff.
- Monitor changes in client condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams.
- Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives.
