About The Position

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a Director of Operations (RN) to lead and serve its hospice and palliative care teams. The Director of Operations manages the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients in a safe and cost-effective manner, helping ensure every patient receives high-quality care. Requirements

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; a BSN is preferred.
• Current state license as a registered nurse.
• Two years of hospice experience required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently, and to lift at least 25 pounds and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Nice To Haves

• BSN.
• At least three years of healthcare management and supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred).
