About The Position

The Director of Operations (RN) plans, directs, coordinates, and evaluates daily operations to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, organizational policies and procedures, and established goals and budgets. The role is responsible for the assigned branch’s financial success and supports growth through active involvement in sales and marketing activities. The position offers access to a supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities, with room for advancement. Agape Care Group provides hospice and palliative care to patients facing life-limiting illnesses and their families. Requirements

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
Graduate of an accredited nursing school; a BSN is preferred.
Current state license as a registered nurse.
Two years of hospice experience required.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, lift at least 80–100 lbs, and effectively bear the weight of an average adult.

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred.
Minimum three years of healthcare management and supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment is preferred.
