About The Position

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a Director of Operations (RN) to lead and serve its hospice patients and care team. The role manages the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients in a safe, cost-effective manner, while helping ensure that every patient receives high-quality care. The position offers access to a supportive leadership team, professional development opportunities, and room for advancement. Georgia Hospice Care is a hospice and palliative care provider serving patients and families in Georgia. Requirements

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
Current state license as a registered nurse.
At least 2 years of hospice experience.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently, lift at least 25 pounds, and effectively bear the weight of an average adult.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
At least 3 years of healthcare management and supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred).
