The Director of Marketing is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, development, and execution of the company’s marketing efforts. This position manages all areas of marketing for the organization, including branding, advertising, website management, digital marketing, social media, graphic design, videography, content creation, public relations, community engagement, trade shows, and promotional activities. The Director of Marketing develops and implements marketing strategies that support the company’s sales, business development, recruiting, and growth objectives. This role works closely with leadership, sales, operations, human resources, and other departments to strengthen the company’s brand, increase visibility, generate leads, and promote the organization within the community and marketplace.
