About The Position

At RayzeBio, every day is an opportunity to ignite meaningful change. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, RayzeBio blends the nimble, pioneering spirit of an emergent biotech with the global expertise and resources of a leading innovator in oncology. Our mission is to develop transformative radiopharmaceutical therapies that offer new hope for patients living with cancer. Here, you’ll join a multidisciplinary team where your ideas are valued, your expertise is amplified, and collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. From day one, expect to make an immediate impact—on our science, on our teams, and most importantly, on patients. The Director of Marketing will be a key architect of how RayzeBio shows up commercially—shaping the brand, influencing strategy, and leading the marketing organization in bringing RYZ101 to market in a way that sets a new standard for radiopharmaceutical launches. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this leader will serve as a true strategic partner—helping define the commercial vision while taking ownership of how that vision comes to life across every channel, customer segment, and market-shaping initiative. If you want to help shape a category, build something from the ground up, and leave a mark on how a transformative therapy reaches patients, this is your role.
