About The Position

Tony's Tacos is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead the company's marketing strategy as the brand continues to grow. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing revenue, supporting new store openings, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring Tony's Tacos remains consistent, visible, and exciting across all platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to create strong marketing campaigns, analyze performance, manage budgets, and work cross-functionally with operations, ownership, vendors, agencies, and community partners. The right candidate understands that marketing must drive sales, guest engagement, and brand loyalty. They are creative but disciplined, data-driven but brand-focused, and able to turn ideas into campaigns that create real business results. Tony's Tacos is looking for someone who can protect the brand, build excitement, support growth, and help scale the company without losing what makes it special.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, food & beverage, or consumer-facing brands preferred
  • Strong experience with META Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaign strategy
  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and show ROI
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and execute without constant direction

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support company growth, sales, and brand awareness
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, including META Ads and Google Ads
  • Track marketing performance metrics and present campaign results, ROI, and recommendations
  • Lead promotional campaigns, new menu launches, seasonal initiatives, catering pushes, and new store opening marketing
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure spending is tied to measurable results
  • Oversee social media, content direction, influencer partnerships, and community engagement
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure promotions are clearly communicated and executed properly at store level
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Tony's Tacos with external partners, vendors, media, and community organizations
