About The Position

The Director of Marketing will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, while supervising and leading a team of Regional Managers. This role requires a proactive leader with deep industry knowledge, a creative mindset, and strong analytical and strategic skills to drive marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role within the property management or real estate sector.
  • Hands-on leadership with strategic vision.
  • Execution and results oriented.
  • Strong compliance and process orientation.
  • Excellent consultative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Develop and manage content strategies for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials to effectively increase leasing.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budgets for each property and campaign, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing expenses.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
