This role owns the annual strategic marketing plan and budget, develops and maintains the sales enablement toolkit, and leads brand identity and messaging guidelines. The position also involves Salesforce strategy for lead conversion and account growth, overseeing strategic marketing planning in coordination with Senior Management, and monitoring plan feasibility. Responsibilities include monthly SEO/SEM audits and optimization, technical content production, paid search campaign management, website UI/UX updates, market research, and designing strategies to capitalize on opportunities. The role also involves researching strategic alliances, formulating the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness, leveraging alliances for business development, negotiating marketing contracts, ensuring CRM and Marketing Cloud system utilization, and staying current with industry trends. Additionally, the Director of Marketing develops advertising and public relations programs, recommends sales promotion campaigns, oversees trade shows and product launches, conducts reviews of sales activities, develops sales contests and incentives, provides recommendations for sales and service improvements, completes special projects, supervises and trains department associates, participates in performance evaluations, keeps management informed, supports operating and financial plans, ensures business operational processes are stable and efficient, and performs other duties as required.
