We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead brand growth, drive revenue, and strengthen our connection with guests and local communities. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in both creative and analytical environments—someone who can design menus and websites just as confidently as they can analyze ROI and optimize pricing strategy. The Director of Marketing will oversee all marketing strategy and execution across our restaurant group. This role is responsible for brand positioning, menu and pricing strategy, loyalty programs, digital presence, promotions, community partnerships, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate understands the restaurant business deeply and knows how to drive guest counts, increase check averages, and maximize return on investment.
