About The Position

Kinetic Global is a global duty of care and critical event management security SaaS company. Operating in more than 175 countries, we are the tip of spear in Global Security and Risk Intelligence- providing personal safety, travel risk management, and enhanced emergency mass notification system with comprehensive global imagery and proprietary AI algorithms. The Kinetic Global SaaS platform ensures operational safety and security oversight to businesses operating worldwide, in partnership with Constellis, the world’s leading risk management organization. A wide range of companies & organizations have implemented Kinetic Global services and products, including Agencies, NGO’s and Fortune 500 companies. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to own our entire go-to-market presence, spanning brand and content, demand generation, and competitive positioning. This isn't a coordinator role. You'll set the marketing direction, build the systems, run the campaigns, and directly influence pipeline and revenue. You'll work closely with sales leadership and report into the executive team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years enterprise sales expertise.
  • Track record of success working for companies $5m-$100m ARR.
  • Must have held an annual quota of $600k+ in a previous position and met or exceeded it.
  • Must have maintained an average deal size of $65,000+/year in previous positions.
  • Experience giving technical presentations to technical buyers.
  • Understands technology at a deep level.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Engineering or CS preferred.
  • Indefatigable work ethic and passion for success.
  • Relentless pursuit of quota overachievement each month.
  • Organized and able to multi-task effectively.
  • 5+ years in a B2B SaaS marketing role with demonstrated ownership across brand, content, and demand gen
  • Experience building or scaling a marketing function at a startup or growth-stage company
  • Strong writer: able to craft an executive whitepaper and a cold email subject line with equal care.
  • A portfolio of sales enablement content is required. Including examples of case studies, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, and email campaigns.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience required; ZoomInfo or equivalent familiarity a plus
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution: we're a small team and you'll do both.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers in security, risk, compliance, or adjacent verticals strongly preferred
  • Candidates should be able to speak to specific examples of how they have aligned marketing activity with an active sales pipeline.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and effective without process overhead

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and paid social
  • Prior experience in or adjacent to defense, intelligence, or physical security markets
  • Experience with Orum or similar outbound sales platforms
  • Relationships with trade press or analysts in the security/risk space

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing contribution to pipeline — set targets, build programs, and report on what's working
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid, events) that drive qualified enterprise leads
  • Build and optimize nurture programs that move prospects through the funnel
  • Partner with sales on ABM strategies targeting Fortune 500 security and risk teams
  • Define and execute an annual marketing strategy aligned to company revenue goals
  • Identify and prioritize market segments, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks
  • Develop positioning that differentiates Kinetic Global in a crowded CEM and duty-of-care landscape
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value narratives for security, risk, and compliance buyers
  • Own the Kinetic Global website end-to-end, including copy, structure, SEO, and continuous optimization.
  • Build and manage a content calendar spanning thought leadership, case studies, solution briefs, and blog
  • Develop high-impact assets (one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, RFP responses) in partnership with sales
  • Ensure content reflects our voice: authoritative, mission-driven, and built for enterprise buyers.
  • Steward the Kinetic Global brand across all channels, maintaining visual identity, tone, and messaging consistency.
  • Build credibility in the enterprise security and risk market through a sustained presence strategy
  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn company presence with content that engages our ICP and builds brand authority
  • Coordinate with leadership on executive thought leadership positioning (LinkedIn, speaking, media)
  • Track competitors, category trends, and buyer behavior, and translate that intelligence into actionable positioning.
  • Maintain living competitive battlecards and win/loss frameworks
  • Monitor analyst coverage (Gartner, Forrester) and industry conversations relevant to CEM and duty-of-care
  • Brief sales on competitive dynamics and equip them to win contested deals
  • Identify and pursue earned media opportunities across trade press, security industry outlets, and enterprise tech publications.
  • Manage relationships with relevant journalists, analysts, and industry associations
  • Draft and distribute press releases, customer announcements, and award submissions
  • Build a cadence of external visibility that supports both sales and recruiting
  • Own HubSpot administration: configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
  • Manage ZoomInfo integration and maintain data accuracy across accounts and contacts
  • Build dashboards that give sales and leadership clear visibility into pipeline and marketing activity.
  • Own and maintain all contact and account data within HubSpot, including data accuracy, enrichment, and hygiene
  • Manage email campaigns end-to-end: segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance
  • Build and maintain exclusion lists for active pipelin
  • Maintain and optimize the marketing technology stack
