Now, we are entering a critical phase: returning to sustainable growth by becoming more data-driven, more intentional, and more effective in how we generate demand and communicate value to the market. Marketing is a cornerstone of that transformation. We’re excited to bring on an ambitious, hands-on leader to help us expand our existing engine. Why This Role Exists: We have a strong product, a loyal customer base, and a meaningful market opportunity. What we lack is a scalable, data-driven growth model that connects ICP segmentation to a cohesive end-to-end customer journey. This role exists to fix that. You will be a part of the marketing team, partnering directly with the VP of Growth to transform marketing from a set of activities into a structured, performance-driven growth engine. This is a build + operate role, not a “manage what exists” role. You will think strategically and execute tactically. We are a small team and this is a hands-on-keyboard type of role. You will own and execute a messaging strategy, campaign management, and ICP approach with a mandate to: #1 – Clarify Our Market Position and Messaging Be relentless about turning BombBomb into the most talked about video messaging software Make us stand out on social and in our email marketing with clear, differentiated messaging for B2B prospects Build upon our product roadmap to turn new features into a value-driven story Create a “one brand” approach across all channels and touchpoints Enable Sales and Customer Success with strong narratives to increase close rates #2 – Design a Hyper-Personalize Customer Journey & Experience Be super focused on creating a customized experience for our prospects and customers Own turning our ICP into targeted journeys that increase predictable conversion rates and decrease churn risk Drive adoption and enablement through curated campaigns that take customers from initial signup through onboarding to increase utilization - make them excited to use our platform! Create new ways to build pipeline through strategic investments in social platforms, email campaigns, webinars, partnerships, events and the like Leverage AI to scale content, personalization, and campaign execution, balancing AI automation with human ingenuity #3 – Turn Marketing into a Predictable Pipeline Engine Be diligent about the numbers In conjunction with RevOps and our marketing team: Take our engine to the next level through using metrics to drive marketing decisioning Improve conversion across the funnel by increasing the number of MQLs through creative segmentation and channel expansion Own responsibility to work with marketing and sales to drive our Growth team targets Optimize our marketing tech to enable all available features and functions Improve attribution, reporting, and forecasting for a measurable path towards hitting our goals
