This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing brand identity and messaging, overseeing Salesforce strategy for lead conversion and account growth, and conducting monthly SEO/SEM performance audits. The position also involves technical content production, paid search campaign management, website UI/UX improvements, market research, and formulating the marketing budget. Additionally, the Director of Marketing will leverage alliances and customer relationships for business development, negotiate marketing contracts, ensure CRM and Marketing Cloud systems are fully utilized, and maintain current knowledge of industry trends. The role includes developing advertising and public relations programs, administering sales promotion campaigns, overseeing trade shows and product launches, and collaborating with sales leadership on sales activities and effectiveness. This position also involves supervising and training department associates, participating in performance evaluations, and keeping management informed of area activities and concerns. The Director will support the development of operating and financial plans and ensure business operational processes are stable, efficient, and accurate. Other duties as required.
