You will operate as the marketing leader for a new AI-native business, responsible for how Serko.ai is positioned, how it reaches the market, and how it grows from early adopters to scaled adoption. In this role, you will partner with functional marketing leaders across brand, growth, and MarTech, leveraging shared expertise while directing the application of these functions to Serko.ai. You will serve as the primary marketing integrator, ensuring that efforts are coordinated, prioritized, and aligned with your cohesive overall strategy.

  • Growth Engine Builder: Proven track record scaling a business from 0-to-1 or 1-to-10, with measurable success across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Product-First Intuition: Deep understanding of PLG models and a history of working seamlessly alongside Product and Engineering teams.
  • Data-Driven Strategist: Highly analytical mindset capable of translating user behavior and performance metrics into actionable growth insights.
  • AI-Forward Thinker: Natural curiosity and familiarity with GenAI tools to drive efficiency and innovation in modern marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM Strategy & Narrative: Define the category narrative, position the product for travelers and companies alike, and establish Serko.ai as a leading voice in an AI-first world.
  • Drive End-to-End Growth: Optimize the full acquisition funnel and demand generation loops. You'll manage performance efficiency (CAC, ROI) and direct a global performance agency and budget.
  • Accelerate Product-Led Growth (PLG): Partner directly with Product and Data Science to eliminate user friction, analyze behaviors, and fast-track product-market fit.
  • Scale Smart Acquisition: Build multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels, leveraging modern GenAI tools to maximize speed and personalization.
  • Dominate the Digital Footprint: Ensure Serko.ai is a cited authority within LLMs, AI search engines, and chat interfaces, while relentlessly optimizing landing pages and user journeys.
