About The Position

The Director of Marketing Operations builds the systems, data, processes, and reporting that help Aidoc turn marketing investment into measurable account engagement, pipeline progression, and revenue. This leader owns the marketing technology roadmap, campaign operations, lead lifecycle, and performance reporting, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. Aidoc sells into complex healthcare organizations with long, multi-stakeholder buying journeys. The Director will ensure the technology ecosystem works as a connected system for enterprise demand generation and account-based marketing. The ecosystem includes Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Cloudingo, iCapture, Revealed, Databricks, and Userled. Aidoc is evaluating a possible move from HubSpot to Marketo; this role will assess the tradeoffs and lead the migration if approved. The Director sets marketing operations strategy and standards, governs the marketing technology stack, manages vendors and budget, and oversees lead and account lifecycle processes. They enable enterprise and ABM programs, improve reporting and data quality, and establish repeatable campaign execution practices. Success includes shared funnel definitions and trusted reporting across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps; reliable routing and campaign operations; improved data quality and visibility into marketing’s contribution; and a martech stack suited to Aidoc’s needs. If approved, a HubSpot-to-Marketo migration should meet agreed milestones while protecting data integrity, campaign continuity, and user adoption.
