The Director of Marketing (CTE) leads the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing efforts that drive awareness, adoption, and growth across Stukent’s CTE product portfolio. This role connects product value to real-world outcomes, helping teachers understand how Stukent CTE enables students to learn, simulate, and certify their knowledge in Career & Technical education. This position operates as a strategic partner across Sales, Portfolio & Product - owning overall marketing strategy, lead generation, and project execution while building a scalable marketing engine that supports long-term growth. Stukent CTE has developed proven Playbooks, Products, and People to succeed in CTE. This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of those Playbooks as it relates to marketing. At the same time, as Stukent CTE continues to expand into new CTE Clusters, this role sits at the Leadership table to build out, create, and execute on new parts of those Playbooks.
