About the position
Segmed is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing with experience in the life science/medical devices industry. This role involves formulating and executing growth marketing strategies, collaborating with various teams, and optimizing the go-to-market approach. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on and analytical marketing leader capable of driving scalable and efficient growth. Key responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, managing digital marketing efforts, and overseeing event marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in life science/medical devices
- Experience in formulating and executing growth marketing strategy
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams
- Hands-on and analytical marketing leader
- Knowledge of marketing strategy development and implementation
- Familiarity with lead generation and conversation pipelines
- Proficiency in content marketing, including creating white papers, blog posts, case studies, webinars, etc.
- Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Ability to manage event marketing efforts, such as industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.
- Strong product marketing skills, including positioning and creating compelling messaging and value propositions
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and optimization using relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Opportunity to manage Segmed's event marketing efforts
- Position the company's product(s) or service(s) effectively within the market
- Create compelling messaging and value propositions based on target industries' unique needs and challenges
