About the position
We are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing with experience in the life science/medical devices industry to lead and execute Segmed's growth marketing strategy. This role involves collaborating with various teams to prioritize and implement marketing initiatives, as well as defining and optimizing our go-to-market approach. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on and analytical marketing leader capable of driving scalable and efficient growth. Key responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing digital and event marketing efforts, creating engaging content, and utilizing marketing analytics for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase the user base and achieve market penetration
- Understand the needs and behaviors of the target audience within the life sciences and medical devices sectors, and tailor the strategy accordingly
- Develop and implement lead generation and conversation pipelines and relevant metrics
- Improve Segmed's marketing strategy based on metrics and pipeline performance
- Plan and execute a content marketing strategy, creating engaging and informative content
- Manage the company's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Manage Segmed's event marketing efforts, including industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars
- Position the company's product(s) or service(s) effectively within the market
- Create compelling messaging and value propositions based on a deep understanding of the target industries
- Use marketing analytics tools to track the success of marketing initiatives and continuously improve the marketing strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in life science/medical devices
- Experience in formulating and executing growth marketing strategy
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams
- Hands-on, analytical marketing leader
- Ability to drive scalable and efficient growth
- Knowledge of the needs and behaviors of the target audience in life sciences and medical devices sectors
- Experience in lead generation and conversation pipelines development
- Proficiency in content marketing, including creating white papers, blog posts, case studies, webinars, etc.
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques such as SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Experience in event marketing, including planning and attending conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.
- Ability to effectively position products or services within the market
- Strong marketing analytics skills and ability to optimize marketing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
