Director of Growth Hacking & CRO

One Park Financial•Miami, FL

About The Position

One Park Financial (OPF) is a financial technology company that connects small businesses with flexible financing and funding options. The Director of Growth Hacking & CRO owns the full conversion funnel, from the first ad click through to a funded deal. This hands-on leadership role runs OPF’s experimentation program, identifies and resolves issues in landing pages and the application flow, and launches measurable growth initiatives designed to increase funded volume. The role sets the testing roadmap and works closely with paid media, product, engineering, sales, underwriting, analytics, and executive stakeholders. It also leads a small team of CRO specialists, UX/UI designers, and/or analysts, and manages relevant agency and tool vendors. Success is measured by improvements in conversion rates, reductions in cost per qualified lead and funded deal, experimentation velocity and win rate, lead-to-funded rate, and incremental funded volume.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, or product experimentation; experience in fintech, lending, insurance, or another lead-generation or high-consideration category is preferred.
  • Proven track record of running a structured testing program with measurable revenue impact, with specific examples and results.
  • Strong command of experimentation statistics, including sample size, power, significance, novelty effects, and pitfalls from peeking at results.
  • Hands-on experience with testing and analytics tools such as VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, or Convert, as well as GA4, Hotjar/Microsoft Clarity, and Looker Studio or similar BI tools.
  • Deep understanding of mobile UX, form design, page speed, and landing-page best practices.
  • Comfort working with SQL or partnering fluently with analysts on data pulls.
  • Experience leading people or cross-functional programs and influencing engineering and product roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to turn data into clear recommendations for executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Spanish, or meaningful experience building campaigns for US Hispanic and Puerto Rican audiences.
  • Experience with Revenue-Based Financing, merchant cash advance, or SMB lending funnels.
  • Familiarity with financial services advertising and disclosure requirements, including FTC, UDAAP, and state-level rules.
  • Experience with CDPs such as Tealium, marketing automation, and SMS/WhatsApp journeys.
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills to build or QA test variations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end conversion funnel, from ad click through landing page, application start and completion, qualification, and funding; set quarterly conversion-rate and cost-per-funded targets with the CMO.
  • Build and run a high-velocity experimentation program, including A/B, multivariate, and holdout tests, with a prioritized backlog, clear hypotheses, predefined success metrics, and statistically sound readouts.
  • Redesign and optimize landing pages and the multi-step application flow for a mobile-first audience, reducing friction, form drop-off, and time to submit.
  • Lead English- and Spanish-language experience optimization so Spanish-speaking merchants receive native, culturally relevant journeys.
  • Design and launch growth loops and acquisition experiments, including referral programs, partner and embedded offers, abandoned-application re-engagement, SMS/WhatsApp nurture, and lead-pool reactivation.
  • Partner with Paid Media leads to align ad creative, audience, and landing-page messaging by channel, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Omnichannel, and Affiliate.
  • Work with Sales and Underwriting to connect marketing conversion to downstream lead quality, approval rate, and funded volume, optimizing for revenue rather than form fills.
  • Partner with the Google Analytics / Tagging Manager to ensure tests are correctly instrumented, event tracking is clean, and offline conversion feedback reaches ad platforms.
  • Build on-page trust and credibility through reviews, transparent product explanations, security cues, and compliant disclosures.
  • Hire, coach, and lead a small team of CRO specialists, UX/UI designers, and/or analysts, and manage relevant agency and tool vendors.
  • Report test results, wins, and learnings to the executive team in clear business language, with revenue impact.
