Director of Field & Events Marketing

GC AI
•$190,000 - $240,000

About The Position

GC AI is hiring a Director of Field and Event Marketing to scale its in-person events and field programs into a pipeline engine. The role owns every event and field program, from executive dinners and invite-only forums to major conference sponsorships and the GC AI Summit. It will build a field marketing team aligned with sales leaders across Strategic, Enterprise, and the new EMEA team in London. Reporting to the CMO, the Director works closely with the CRO and sales leadership and partners with Account Executives, SDRs, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Brand, and Customer Success. The role requires urgency, ownership, sound judgment, and comfort working in ambiguity and at a fast pace. GC AI is a distributed company with team members across North America and soon Europe. It uses a hub model with coworking sessions, customer dinners, and team and company offsites. Team members in the San Francisco Bay Area and Provo, Utah, within 50 miles of an office, work together Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The company currently hires across the United States and Canada. For people located outside an office area, travel may be up to 10%, and more for customer-facing roles.
