About The Position

GC AI is hiring a Director of Field and Event Marketing to scale its in-person events and field programs into a pipeline engine supporting a fast-growing sales team. The role owns every event and field program, from executive dinners and invite-only forums to major conferences and the GC AI Summit. It will build a field marketing team aligned with sales leaders across Strategic, Enterprise, and EMEA, and launch the field program internationally. The Director reports to the CMO and works closely with the CRO and sales leadership. GC AI is a distributed company hiring across the United States and Canada, with team members across North America and soon Europe. The company uses a hub model with coworking, customer dinners, and team and company offsites. Team members in the San Francisco Bay Area and Provo, Utah, within 50 miles of an office, work together Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Those outside office locations should expect up to 10% travel, and more for customer-facing roles. This role requires comfort with frequent travel. GC AI describes its pace as relentless and expects urgency, ownership, good judgment, and comfort with ambiguity. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; a retirement plan; parental leave; job-related learning and development funding; in-office meal credits; paid time off and sick days; company holidays and additional “Me Days”; a home office setup allowance; cell phone reimbursement; and relocation support.
