About The Position

YCharts is hiring a senior, hands-on Director of Digital Marketing to build and scale its inbound growth engine. The role sets the inbound strategy and owns execution, including the top-of-funnel growth target across organic search, AI search, and paid channels. The goal is to grow qualified traffic and convert it into inbound leads and demos, supported by a technically sound, high-converting website and a predictable inbound program aligned with Sales and Marketing. The director will set priorities in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering and represent digital marketing in company planning. They will work with established internal teams and external partners, moving between strategy and execution: experimenting quickly, identifying what works, and developing systems to scale successful programs. The role includes oversight of search and answer engine optimization, content priorities, conversion and site performance, paid media strategy, sales and marketing alignment, and measurement. YCharts is a SaaS company whose platform helps wealth managers research investments, generate proposals, and communicate with clients using financial data. The company serves RIAs, asset managers, and broker-dealers and describes its culture as curious, collaborative, and people-first. The position has a hybrid work schedule, with flexibility to work in-office and remotely.
